He brings diverse real estate operations experience across all facets of the business, including pre-development planning, mixed-use, retail, commercial, marketing, leasing and on-site team building. Brian has worked for both national and regional third-party management companies and developers, including Trammell Crow Residential, Roseland Property Company, and Greystar. Brian lives in Lake Mohawk – Sparta, NJ with his wonderful wife Elizabeth and six children.
Leads and oversees the day-to-day operations of the company. Jacqui brings a strong breadth of operational, leadership, and client relations experience to our team. Throughout her extensive tenure in the industry, Jacqui has worked on a variety of project types, including new construction lease-ups, value add renovations and stabilized assets ranging anywhere from 20 up to 900 units. As a result of the prior positions that she held with Greystar, Jacqui has worked with both large-scale, national clients and local family-office owners as well. Jacqui graduated from the State University of New York and resides in Bergen County, NJ.
Responsible for the accounting and financial reporting of all assets under our management. Ghada brings over 18 years of property accounting experience to the Sparrow team. Ghada has overseen the financial reporting of both retail and multifamily properties, serving in prior positions such as Senior Property Accountant and Fund Controller. Ghada is highly skilled in Yardi Voyager, Timberline, and Avid. Ghada received her B.S. in Business Administration from Alexandria University.

Andre had prior working experience in property sales and property management with well-established firms like Keller Williams, Coldwell Banker, and Greystar before joining Sparrow. Andre brings top-tier attributes to our corporate team, has excellent communication skills and a proven ability to lead teams, providing continual guidance, growth, and mentorship to our on-site team members. Andre is passionate about exceeding expectations and building genuine relationships with both colleagues and clients. Andre is trilingual with reading and writing proficiency in English, Italian, and Spanish. Andre was born and raised in Naples, Italy, and resides in Essex County, NJ.
Michael Esan is a seasoned Regional Property Manager and licensed real estate broker, bringing over a decade of expertise in property management to our team. His career began as a leasing agent at Greystar, and he has since built a strong reputation for operational excellence and client service. Before transitioning to real estate, Michael worked as a Finance Analyst with ZTE Telecommunications, adding valuable financial acumen to his management approach. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh, Scotland. He is also a Certified Scrum Master and a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist, reflecting his commitment to professional development and operational integrity.
Israel Zapata is a seasoned property management professional with over 10 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate operations.
